The first question you need to ask yourself is how much is it worth to overcome your bad habit, depression, anxiety, pain or whatever issue that concerns you?

The first session (1.5 hours) will cost A$180.

A three session package costs A$498 (recommended).

If you want to focus on other areas of your health and well-being, each session thereafter will cost A$120.

I’ve seen incredible results – such as relief from stress and pain – even after just one session.

That’s because Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that can and will help you in so many ways.

I will not only utilise hypnotherapy techniques to address your primary concerns, but I will also teach you self-hypnosis techniques that you can use on yourself for whatever issue that may arise in your future.

In addition, hypnotherapy is a process of reorganising your subconscious mind to achieve your goals. I will also use traditional psychotherapy to help you reorganise your conscious mind in more empowered ways too.

Therefore, each session includes:

  • Talk therapy (reorganising the conscious mind and its focus)
  • Hypnotherapy (reorganising the subconscious mind)
  • A recording of each hypnosis session to reinforce the suggestions (unless an emotional regression has occurred as there is no need to re-hash it)
  • A personalised list to print out and stick somewhere you’ll always see it to remind you of your goals and desires.
